With their highly customizable designs and wide array of floor plans multi-section manufactured homes offer affordable housing options, whatever your needs and tastes. These homes are HUD approved and qualify for land/home loans.
Single Section Homes are HUD approved and offer many of the same benefits as a multi-section home and on a smaller footprint. Some lenders may not finance a single section home on land but specialty financing is available for home only loans for park, ADU, and leased land use.
If you're looking to down size then a Tiny Home may be right for you. These homes come in HUD approved (small single section) and Park Models which are classified as RV's and approved by L & I for the state of Washington. Sizes usually range from 400-600 sqft.
